Now ask yourself: What would it feel like to come home to yourself right now? What's the first answer that came to mind? Honor what you heard. Step into that feeling with your next choice and the one after that and that one after that until it's the only way you move. Your soul talking. It's the only voice that matters! |

What is soulful living? Soulful living is the path of ongoing evolution. It's the path of owning the truth that you are made of the same elements as nature. Nature only knows how to evolve, and she always evolves towards more harmony and bliss.
When this truth is honored and reflected in your daily choices, you step into the role of survivor of the nurturer and adaptable. The elements become your medicine, guide, and trusted companion. You feed your soul and become your own medicine, guide, and trusted companion in the process. Why does it work? Your soul knows itself through the outer world of your daily life. The more you mirror your soul back to itself, the more you embody a state of deep health through the choices you make, including how you use your attention and hold your boundaries. Deep health is soulful living. It's being anchored in your true self with the awareness of love and the love of awareness. How does it work? Each iteration of Soulful Living emphasizes cultivating one or more time tested evolutionary embodiment practices designed to center you deeper into your soul truth and power. By providing you with a community of support as you refine and up level your daily habits, you dislodge stagnant energy and learn to melt your own heart. Why is a melted heart (aka heart coherence) exactly what you long for? When your heart rhythm is more coherent or consistent, you establish balance and cooperation between your mind, body, and heart, thereby increasing your resiliency and radiance from the inside out. Embodiment practices focused on expressing and connecting you to your spirit help your soul recognize and remember itself. This is the power of meditating with mala beads, lighting incense or candles in ritual, anointing your body with oil, praying over your food before eating, or blessing yourself with the sign of the cross. Embodiment practices don't have to be big extraordinary gestures or incredibly time consuming to be effective. Often, the more subtle the practice, the more powerful the medicine. Thus, the more you practice attuning to the subtleties of Mama Nature and aligning with her creative force, the more of your true self you become! You always are practicing something in and through your precious body. All the more reason to invite ways of living and moving that are simple, effective, and evolutionary in impact. |
