What if I need to miss a session?
No need to fret!  We've got you covered. All session recordings will be made available to you upon request. If you know in advance that you can't make a session, you may submit any questions/comments via email that you'd like to be addressed. 

What if I want to join after a group has started?
Although access closes after the first week, you may sign-up to be on the waitlist for the next group launch. Soulful Living prioritizes trust building within the group from the onset of the program. 

What about if I don't practice yoga and have never heard of Ayurveda?
You are welcome! No prior knowledge or experience in yoga or Ayurveda is necessary. Yoga and Ayurveda 
originated over 5,000 years ago on the current day subcontinent of India from a series of scientific texts called the Vedas. Yoga means "union," referring to the uniting of the mind and body. It is not a religion or connected to any specific religion. It is a philosophy focused on how to work with the mind and body in order to be more available to meet God in your everyday life.  

Ayurveda is the science and wisdom of life, of being the true you. You are both utterly unique and align with larger patterns found in nature throughout time. It incorporates Buddhism, yoga, and other ancient philosophical teachings. It is a system of creating the optimal conditions within your mind and body through lifestyle, diet, and energy management in order to know your soul and make decisions from this connection. For more information on Ayurveda, please visit The Ayurvedic Institute. If you are interested in receiving an Ayurvedic assessment and consult, please email us and a referral to a practitioner will be made.
