Greetings, I'm Tara.

I hold the same degree as a Catholic priest and spent years
serving across four continents before I learned to trust my
​body as spiritual guidance. 

Through the ancient philosophy and medical system of Ayurveda, emotional integrity, and embodied spiritual practice, I show women
how their body's daily signals are their most direct line to God.

The women I work with are accomplished, faith-filled, and quietly exhausted. They've integrated their faith into service beautifully.
