Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration with any of the products sold (sometimes referred to as Program) by Soul in Service or Soul in Service Consulting (sometimes referred to as “Company”).
By purchasing our products, you (sometimes referred to as "Client") agree to the following terms stated.
DISCLAIMER
Client understands Soul in Service or Soul in Service Consulting is not an employee, manager, therapist, or registered dietician.
Client understands their participation in this program will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.
The materials provided on this site are for informational purposes only. Any of the information available on this site is meant to strengthen your common sense and not a substitute for it.
It is your responsibility to notify Soul in Service or Soul in Service Consulting and your health care providers: if you have or develop any physical or medical condition; if you have any change in an existing physical or medical condition; or if you are, become, or plan to become pregnant, or if you are nursing. PROGRAM
Soul in Service or Soul in Service Consulting agrees to provide program content as outlined on the website. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement as a condition of their participation in any of our programs.
For clients enrolled in 1:1 accompaniment: Session time is billed at the beginning of each month which includes designated number of session times. Session times do not roll over to the subsequent month and must be used within the month of purchase.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid.
METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as a form of payment.
REFUNDS and CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
Client Programs:
You may request a cancellation of service with refund by contacting our support team at [email protected] or [email protected] and definitively requesting the cancellation of service. This request must be made at least 15 days prior to the end of the current month for the subsequent month.
Client Sessions:
Soul in Service or Soul in Service Consulting will make every effort to work with clients in the event they need to reschedule a session appointment if notice is given greater than 24hrs (1 day) in advance. If less than 24hrs (1 day) notice is given and the client is unable to attend the scheduled session the client then forfeits the scheduled session and any monies paid for this session. No refunds will be given. If the client requests to reschedule the session giving less than 24hrs (1 day) notice of need to reschedule, a $60 administrative fee will be charged to the client.
Soul in Service or Soul in Service Consulting Online Courses:
There will be no refunds given for instant access courses once the online course is purchased.
For Interactive Online Workshops scheduled for a future date, refunds can be requested no later than 30 days prior to the starting date of the course. Requests can be made by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Any and all refunds will be minus a minimum $25 administrative fee. From 30 days prior to the start of the course until the course first session, credit will be offered toward other courses, events, or private sessions with Tara. After the course start date, no refunds and/or credits will be offered.

Events Policy (Retreats & Live Workshops):
Event and retreat registrations may be canceled 20 days before the event start date. A refund will be given minus a $200 cancellation fee. If you can find someone to purchase your ticket (by 2-weeks before the event) you will get a full refund less a $50 transaction fee. Prices for our retreats and events are subject to change without notice. The payment will be forfeited if the above terms are not complied with. An option to change events is allowed 20 days before the start date of the original event purchased, subject to a $50 transaction fee. The payment will be applied as course credit to the chosen new event. The payment will be forfeited if the 20-day time frame is not fulfilled.
TESTIMONIALS & STORIES
Live sessions with Tara take place on Zoom. While using the platform the user must comply with Zoom policies. Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting has the discretion to record any or all live sessions. By attending the live sessions, you agree for your voice and video to be recorded and stored by Soul in Service or Soul in Service Consulting. Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting will not share this material with third parties. Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting will ask for your consent before sharing any recording outside of the program members’ community.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site and providing notice of such change. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision.
This policy complies to the US law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European residents.
TERMS OF USE You agree you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Keep in mind that your use of products, software, and services of Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting including this website (referred to collectively as the “Services”), will be deemed acceptance of this agreement, including any updates to these terms. Your use of the Services is subject to this legal agreement between you and Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting. Any products, software, and services provided to you under a separate written agreement are not subject to this agreement.
Subscribing via Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting Forms/Purchasing Access to Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting Services:
By subscribing to any of the Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting Services, or filling out any Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting download forms, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, and you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us, via electronic messages or otherwise, to notify you about the new products, services, and features offered by Soul in Service and Soul in Service Consulting. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Access to the Services is determined at our sole discretion. If your access is disabled, you will be advised of this when attempting to access the Services.
