Logistics and content

Monthly Sessions:

• 3 sessions per month, 20 minutes-1 hour each.
• Dates/time will vary monthly.
• Pop in for as long as you can.
• ​Recordings will be available.
• No preparation necessary and no homework! 

**Members can recommend preferred dates/times. 

Session Format:

• Opening centering practice to drop into the body and out of the mind.
• Brief introduction to monthly theme.
• Personal reflection and dynamic discussion to support yourself and others.
• Closing centering practice to transition into whatever comes next.

Sample Monthly Themes:

• Balancing masculine and feminine energy
• Working with anger
• Recognizing people pleasing tendencies
• Developing supportive daily routines
• Defining being good/goodness on your terms
• Creating soothing bedtime rituals and sound sleep
• Regulating your nervous system

**Members can contribute themes that they long to discuss.

What if I need to miss a session?
No need to fret!  We've got you covered. All session recordings will be made available to you upon request. If you know in advance that you can't make a session, you may submit any questions/comments via email that you'd like to be addressed.  

What if I want to join mid-month?
Use the link provided and come on in! If you need to leave early, please feel free as well. 

How do I cancel my membership?
