The Soulful Approach

​How THE CLUB works
Soulful Living is a women's only club centered on devotion to the source that holds your soul. Devotion is tangible, practical, adaptable, uncontainable, and exudes love even in the messiest of times. Devotion anchors and serves as a conduit for your transformation. It isn't alway straightforward and requires diligence. Devotion nourishes via relationship. It isn't a solo affair. 

​Membership into this dynamic, conscious community of women opens up four times a year. During each of the four, 10-week long quarters, you practice aligning your daily actions to your unique rhythm of balance by being guided through the key habits of the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and modern science. 


  • ROUND 1: Learn the habits of homecoming to your soul-self

In-between each quarter, you advance on your path of inner homecoming with live embodiment classes, short and sweet love video letters, tip sheets, recipes, and more. You're never alone. The club's got you, and you've got you!

You experience a transformational journey that lights you up from the inside and out and knows no limits!  
Session overview
The club follows the wisdom of how your life force moves within you. Each week, you focus on a specific direction that your life force travels and learn how it's reflected in your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With every passing week and quarter, you set yourself up with a more robust toolkit, people set, mind set, and skillset. 

You hone how to identify signs of balance and imbalance showing up in you. With the strength of the club vessel, you have the necessary support to incrementally, at your own pace, tweak how you nourish the layers of your being. New habits form. Patterns of dis-ease shift. You create a deeper sense of inner homecoming and outer balance.  

You go on a transformational journey and craft a sustainable, enriching lifestyle that anchors your self-worth and self-authority in how you show up for you, not in how you show up for others.

FAQs
WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS A WEEKLY CLUB GATHERING? 
No need to fret!  We've got you covered. All club session recordings will be made available to you. If you know in advance that you can't make a session, you may submit any questions via email that you'd like to be addressed during the Q&A portion of the gathering. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO JOIN A QUARTER THAT ALREADY HAS STARTED? 
While club access closes after the first two weeks of each quarter, membership remains open! If you sign up for membership when a quarter is closed, you'll receive bi-monthly, free soul-to-soul coaching sessions to help you start dissolving any illusions of separateness inside or out for the remainder of the time left in that session period. Then, you'll join the rest of the club members in the "off season" programming.

​WHAT IF I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH AYURVEDA?
All are welcome in the club! No prior experience in Ayurveda is necessary. The teachings will be outlined clearly and are easy to grasp. Ayurveda, after all, is the science and wisdom of being the true you. You are both utterly unique and align with larger patterns found in nature. 

HOW IS THE CLUB TRAUMA-SENSITIVE?
Soulful Living honors how you are hardwired. On a subtle energy level, you're hardwired for bliss, yes bliss! Biologically, you're designed to go into states of fight, flight, or freeze to keep you safe AND to come out of them sooner vs. later, returning to a state of balance or bliss (aka being a regular ol' human being with a healthy ego who knows who she is and isn't). 

The byproduct and challenge of modern living is that more and more of us have habituated being in a state of activation (fight, flight, or freeze) long after perceived threats have passed. Soulful Living club programming helps you practice and strengthen moving between deactivation (rest-digest-ease) and activation (fight, flight, or freeze) by giving you the tools and support to align with the circadian rhythm of nature. In doing so, it takes into consideration how your particular constitution functions in the season of life in which you inhabit.

By creating an inner and outer environment that is dynamic and supports a regulated nervous system, you naturally begin to unclog the channels 
within the body and mind that are perpetuating all that activation and blocking deeper access to your soul self.  Through repetition, guidance, and support, you learn to integrate the different parts of yourself and pulse between the energies of yin and yang, hunger and satiation, longing and fulfillment.
