  • Your holiday triggers, including how you typically respond to them
  • What’s currently influencing the quality of your experience that you do or don't want to perpetuate and bring to the festivities
  • What you need right now to prepare yourself to enter and exit the holiday season with more peace of body and mind than previously imaginable
  • Whom to ask for help to support you, why, and when​
You will use the yogic techniques of:
  • Self-reflection
