What Fire Are you Stoking?

Do you feel the heat of the holiday season already?

* PLUS to make everyone around you feel supported and prioritized first and at your expense

If you're not feeling the heat, thank God! If you are feeling the heat, thank God! 

Whatever you're feeling, you need heat inside and out to survive. Non-negotiable.

Step outside the judgment paradigm that creates the heat of inflammation.
