Over the course of three months, you can embody a new pattern of incarnation. Learn how to recognize when being the "good girl" has gone too far and how to shift into embodying life everlasting now(!) via Ayurveda, yoga, Christian mysticism, and modern science. 

​You'll follow this ancient, effective recipe for homecoming that involves three steps:

1. Reflect upon your choices and the results they have given you. Question what's working for you and what's not, including exploring the beliefs driving your decision-making. Gain clarity on what you need most right now to support you and the feelings associated with those needs.
2. Experiment with incorporating new habits and decisions at your pace. Lean into the group to encourage continued aligned action. 
3. Automate those habits that bear the most fruit, intentionally releasing and transforming patterns that weren't giving you the results you want.

All content will be tailored to your needs and that of the other women. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of what nourishes and depletes you and how this relates to practicing your faith, including why you are here.

​You will explore practical, simple ways in your everyday life to support the Holy Spirit revealing your deepest desires. You will raise your capacity to nourish those desires consistently through identifying the most effective habit triggers for you. This will stoke your hunger for food and life, and it will grow your pleasure power capacity.

​God's own desire for you to experience life and experience it abundantly will become more enfleshed in you as you develop the habit of focusing your attention on what feels satisfying and off of what depletes you.  By making choices from that orientation and nourishment, you will come to know more God in your body, and that, my dear, is homecoming. 

Within a Catholic women's community of belonging and becoming, you will share your inner world.  You will open up to receiving support and hearing counter-arguments to any limiting beliefs you may be holding. Your perspective about who you are and what's possible for you will shift within the context of these accepting and transformative relationships.
​As you practice going to church daily in the house of God called your body, you become more of who you always have been and will be.

You will begin to establish a rhythm of living that keeps your cup full and allows you to serve others with that quality of presence. You will come to understand from your own direct experience that living like a "Mary" is about prioritizing what truly nourishes you (aka "sitting at the feet of Jesus"). By nourishing yourself in little and big ways consistently, you will notice that you perform your ordinary duties and responsibilities with much more ease, clarity, sense of purpose, and contentment without falling into a victim mindset like a "Martha."

Incarnation will go from an abstract idea or tenet of faith to a lived experience of God who is in you, as you, and for you. This is the Good News! You are the Good News!
