Week Two: Stepping into Water's Flow

When you are anchored in the ground of the body, you move in the direction of rooting into the ground of your soul. From here and only here, you can access the flow of life inside of you, known as your prana, chi, or spirit, and nourish it. The more you feed it, the stronger your energy and body will feel. The more you feed it, the more it will open up your inner eyes which choices will keep you centered, aligned. 

The flow of life isn't outside of you. It isn't something that you need to figure out how to feed. It's you. It looks, feels, and moves like you! While it may not prevent hardships, it does bring clarity to their impermanence. Challenges are gateways to greater depths of flow, union with the divine. 

If you notice yourself getting stuck in a story around a particular challenge or simply don't feel fully yourself, return to the body. Be still. You have options. You already have at your fingertips the "vehicle inspection." Below you'll find two more plus reflections and exercises on this week's theme.
