The Soulful Approach

Before the Session: You'll be invited to reflect upon what's happening within the body, mind, and spirit by filling out a wellness questionnaire and submitting it a minimum of 72 hours before the session. 

During the Session: I will customize our time together to meet where you are and where you want to grow in your life.

1. We will identify your unique strengths to counter the physical, mental, and emotional blocks affecting you.
2. We will practice tapping into and enhancing those strengths through gentle movement, breath work, intuitive energy practices, meditation, and/or soulful conversation. 
3. We will design a program for you to engage in your everyday Life to align your mind and body with their natural ability to heal and thrive.

After the Session: Let the real fun begin ;) You'll explore getting to know yourself beyond the likes/dislikes, aches/pains, and everything else unfolding within the theater of Life. There are no rigid goals to meet. Instead, you practice developing habits that welcome you home to yourself.  Life blossoms from there!
