Greetings! 

I'm Tara. I've served in ministry all my life around the world.

I hold both a Master of Divinity from the University of Notre Dame (Notre Dame, IN) and a Master of Science in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (London) as well as over 600 hours of certification in yoga, Ayurveda, and other healing arts.

My speciality and passion is accompanying Catholic women to nurture their faith by nurturing their bodies, minds, and spirits. I combine pastoral theology, creative thinking, problem solving, and holistic health to make faith practical, inspiring, and transformative within all areas of life. 

I partner with organizations to offer high quality faith-based wellness content to their members to bridge the gap in women's lives between spirituality and healthy life decisions.
