Group Sessions?

Based on your feedback, I'll create a sequence of gentle movements to shift energy in the gross and subtle layers of your body to maximize our time together. I will draw upon various yogic practices from hatha, yin, restorative, vinyasa, nidra, and kundalini. If you don't speak that language, no worries! I've got you :)

While the emphasis will be on quieting the mind and body through gentle movements, we also can add more "heat" to the medicine. If you're feeling like you need to dance out any stickiness, I'll add in time for some freestyle boogie or even Zumba if that's what your spirit craves!

Create a Space to
|
Select your comfy, feel good clothes to dawn. Gather props to support you. These include such items as a chair, yoga mat, pillows/bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks. No blocks or yoga mat? Not a problem! We will use whatever you have at home.
Ensure that the space is clean, free of clutter. You may want to light a candle or burn incense. Perhaps there's a favorite treasure that touches your heart that you want to have close to you. Set the stage to invite yourself home and to start shifting the energy around you and in you before the session ever begins. |
Journey HomeThis is an interactive experience between us. As you explore the layers of your being, I will welcome you to tap into your inner knowing and do what feels best to you. This is a time to practice learning and trusting what you need with a companion to support you in that process. All is optional. It's about you, not me and my plan!
