Immunity That felt sense of being hugged by God, of this cosmic plasma coating you like honey
Whether your immunity is robust or depleted at present, it's a signal inviting you to keep up the patterns of how you relate to yourself and others or course correct.
No amount of supplements, clean eating, and/or exercise regime can undue the effects of chronic stress and anxiety, repressing and not processing your emotions, consistently pushing down your needs. They can help, of course, and their impact has its limits.
Ultimately, immunity is a product of knowing what's good for you (body, mind and spirit) and acting accordingly more often than not.
Your body is taking its cues from the mind. Your mind is taking its cues from the body.
When you let the mind... * run wild with stories about "so and so" * stay in a loop of negative self-talk * focus too long on any one thing/situation that doesn't make you truly feel loved and valued,
you communicate to all parts of your being that... * you don't know what's good for you * you believe those stories.
When you let the body... * function on insufficient rest and sleep on a regular basis * be fed lots of processed and fried foods * stay stationary for hours and hours daily,
you communicate to all parts of your being that... * you don't know what's good for you * you believe that this is the only way for you to be in relationship to life right now.
Your cells receive that vibration and respond in kind. The message you are giving your cells is clear: * Adapt to the dysfunctional ways you're relating to yourself via your choices.
When the cells are asked to do this for too long, your immunity goes down.
Your cosmic plasma gets thin UNTIL you decide to start making different choices in how you care for your body, mind, and spirit. ~~~ You are a complex being, my dear, living in a complex time.
Many forces (external voices from now and your childhood!) want you to forget how sweet and rich life is meant to taste in your body and mind.
These forces are systematic and individual specific; they reinforce one another, making digestion of life even harder on you!
They tell you to choose over and over again the feeling of inflammation and depletion in your body and mind.
Stay in the "get it done" mode and its sidekick "numb out" mode. Stay in "I have no other options because of [insert limiting belief/s]..."
The "promise" of these forces: * you'll finally feel worthy, loved, safe, enough because you listened to them who know best for you and your beloved.
Claim your authority to direct your life. You have options. You really do.
Start small and build consistency with one or two actions aligned with valuing your true nature.

Grow Your Immunity By Strengthening Your Digestion of Food & Life!
1. Chew, baby, chew! I do mean chew! Chew your food until it is so smooth and mushy. Then, chew a bit more :) Produce more digestive enzymes to help breakdown your food.
Bonus: you'll eat slower and be more present. You'll be more in your body while eating vs. your swirling thoughts. Infuse your presence with non-judgmental, kind self-talk and watch your presence build connection to what matters most.
2. Stop eating at the first burp! The burp is a signal that your stomach needs space to digest, and it would very much appreciate it if you honored that. Over kill is over kill. When the stomach has to work less hard, everything down the line does too.
Bonus: you build/strengthen the neural pathways to respect your limits and need for space on the mental-emotional level too.
