After 6 weeks together, here's what you will have built in your body and daily life: 

• You catch the signals early of how you tend to walk away from yourself before they become a headache, days of feeling off, sleepless nights
• You enhance your capacity to feel what rises without immediately labeling, fixing, or suppressing what's uncomfortable
• You respond from what your body communicates and needs, God in it all, and not your old conditioning 
• You see the limiting beliefs that have been standing in the way of you and your desires; they loosen their hold on being the key drivers of your decision-making
• You feel more ease in your body and mind, resulting in real fertile ground for creating what you long for over and over again
• You feel held by yourself and know your go-to practices that work for your body and life; all of it is your faith​
• You now know faith as a feeling and what helps you feel it all, especially when you'd rather not

• Opening energy medicine practice to drop into the body and out of the mind & to build the skills + habit of meeting God there
• Brief teaching
• Personal reflection and dynamic discussion to be witnessed, supported, and to support
• Closing centering practice to integrate and transition into whatever comes next

Why I Offer You This Journey

Over 25 years ago, I knew in my bones that I am here to help others by making faith practical. My desire led me to earning the same degree as Catholic priests and years of faith-based service in marginalized communities in Ireland, seven countries in Africa, and in the U.S. This is what faith in action meant to me and what I saw predominantly modeled. 

I didn't realize how my communication with my body was pretty one directional. "I'm going to do this, and we're going to figure out how."

My soul was the first to revolt, and it felt like it was literally "kicking me in the *ss" for several years. My life looked pleasing on the outside and yet ultimately not deeply satisfying. 

My body held on until it couldn't any longer. I hadn't been listening for years about meeting her needs for less travel and moving, more consistent community, play for play's sake, and slower living. All my studies of the healing arts and trauma training hadn't actually anchored me or my faith in my body. 

When my heart started breaking with my mom's mental and physical demise, my body was in clear distress. IBS, psoriasis, depression, tears that wouldn't stop, fits of anger because I couldn't navigate my emotional terrain. 

In the midst of it all, I realized that my body wasn't separate from my faith. It was the ground of my faith. God didn't want more devotion in the form of discipline or trying to fix myself. God wanted me, the messy me with an achy heart, scared mind, and struggling body. 

I healed my body because I finally started listening. My desires became God's prayers.
